HCFS is a Revenue Cycle Solution and Third-Party Eligibility Company hired by hospitals and hospital systems to maximize their business office processes and minimize the amount of bad debt incurred from self-pay patients.

Our Eligibility Operations team proactively manages all possible third-party payer program solutions as an advocate for uninsured and under-insured patients.  Our team's commitment and success will not only help relieve some of the patient’s financial burden - it will also generate additional revenue for the hospital while continuing to make HCFS a profitable organization.


Your role, as our Regional Director, involves the following:

  • Analyze the quality of the services provided for our hospital client and patients
  • Establish process efficiency through report auditing and work trend analysis 
  • Represent our Company and our team during client meetings and during industry conferences
  • Partner with our Account Management Team to ensure the integrity of our hospital contracts and protocols are consistently met, and provide revenue cycle service solutions based on the Hospital Client needs 
  • Develop relationships with our Hospital Clients based on professional trust and the commitment to excellence
  • Work closely with your managers to foster an environment of professional growth and individual success from each team member
  • Maintain and adhere to budgets while ensuring the financial stability and success of each hospital contract

The right candidate should have the following experience and knowledge:

  • College Degree is required
  • 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare Operational Management role
  • At least 1-3 years experience interacting with key hospital clients
  • Solid understanding of third-party reimbursement programs or healthcare revenue cycle components
  • Strong analytical skills to audit reports and offer proactive strategies to correct discrepancies in performance trends
  • At least 1-3 years experience managing and developing a team that includes recruiting, reviewing and retaining top talent, and promoting a collaborative work environment
