HCFS, Inc. is a Revenue Cycle Solution and Third-Party Eligibility Company hired by hospitals and hospital systems to maximize their business office processes and minimize the amount of bad debt incurred from self-pay patients. We work as a subject matter expert (SME) with patients and as a business partner to our hospital client.
Our Eligibility Operations team proactively manages all possible third-party payer program solutions as an advocate for uninsured and under-insured patients. We also make discounted payment arrangements with patients who do not qualify for third-party payer assistance. Our team's commitment and success will not only help relieve some of the patient’s financial burden - it will also generate additional revenue for the hospital while continuing to make HCFS a profitable organization.

Your role, as our Regional Trainer, involves introducing, coaching and developing new and existing employees into stronger performers. Responsibilities include the following:
