    HCFS, Inc. is a Revenue Cycle Solution and Third-Party Eligibility Company hired by hospitals and hospital systems to maximize their business office processes and minimize the amount of bad debt incurred from self-pay patients.  We work as a subject matter expert (SME) with patients and as a business partner to our hospital client. 


    Our Eligibility Operations team proactively manages all possible third-party payer program solutions as an advocate for uninsured and under-insured patients.   We also make discounted payment arrangements with patients who do not qualify for third-party payer assistance. Our team's commitment and success will not only help relieve some of the patient’s financial burden - it will also generate additional revenue for the hospital while continuing to make HCFS a profitable organization.


    Taking a personalized approach as you advocate for our employees and our patients, and utilizing your knowledge base and our technology offerings will allow you to make a difference.  



    Your role, as our Regional Trainer, involves introducing, coaching and developing new and existing employees into stronger performers.  Responsibilities include the following:

    • Handles all aspects of our New Hire Onboarding and Orientation
    • Completes on-site and remote Employee Training
    • Advocates for standardization in business practices and documentation
    • Completes employee Performance Assessments based on the planned training cirriculum 
    • Facilitates the new hire training during a new hospital or new business line implementation
    • Communicates Protocol Changes to Manager
    • Ensures the employee's workstation is setup with appropriate forms, files and supplies

    THE “MUST HAVES” (aka the Minimum job requirements)

    • Ability to travel at least 2 -3 weeks every month without a large amount of notice
    • 2+ years of Eligibility Operations experience is required
    • Ability to demonstrate  an understanding of adult learning styles and strategies
    • Solid understanding of third-party reimbursement programs
    • Solid demonstration of proper account progression while maximizing revenue potential
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills - building a professional connection will elevate your performance
    • Excellent customer service skills - how you say it matters....
    • Solid computer skills to fully utilize our technology offerings
    • Must demonstrate an organized approach to training and travel
