Our team handles out-of-state Medicaid and Workers’ Compensation accounts, corrects claim denials, simplifies billing procedures for maximum reimbursement, and manages provider enrollment and credentialing in a timely and efficient manner.
HCFS has experienced Revenue Cycle Consultants who can (1) fill an Interim Management role in a hospital, or (2) complete an independent Revenue Cycle Assessment to identify ways to reduce costs, eliminate waste, improve efficiencies, and streamline business office operations. This Assessment reviews the workflows, system designs and contracts associated with the hospital’s Patient Financial Services, Patient Access & Intake, Health Information Management (HIM) and other Strategic Planning departments.
